| I am actualy trying to learn French. I could get by while visiting in the country...I could ask you for two Guinness, and say thank you! From what I have tride to learn I think I can say pretty well. I certainly could not sing it! Do you sing in a chior, or solo? What is your favorite music to sing? |

| Both. I sing in my college choir, my church choir and community choir. I have done operas and musicals across the Mid-south. Ummm, favorite....that is hard to say because I have enjoyed the musicals, specifically Cats and Phantom of the Opera but also enjoyed arias from Faust and Medee. I sing jazz and blues in Memphis from time to time, and have done weddings and funerals. My favorite time is when a bunch of musician friends and I get together just to play. Not for applause or fame but to experience making music together. | |

That’s really pretty neat. Especially about the jazz and blue clubs! I have always tride to find a blues club around Tampa and never really found a good one. I love to jam! One of my friends plays the viola. She would come over and we would just jam and have a good time. Sometimes my Dad – acoustic -, my brother – bass – and myself would get together and play around also. We have a recording of one of our better times somewhere. Anyway, I love to compose songs. I can play very well off of observation and by ear, but I am also classically trained in reading music and some theory. It is hard for me typically to find people to jam with…you are lucky! |

| What type of music do you like to compose? I have tinkered every once in a while with my Sib. program and Finale. Haven't recorded since high school though. I think it would be awesome to record with my family the way you have done. Tampa isn't known really for Blues clubs but you could probably find a really good salsa club. I like to listen to latin music too. | |

| There are a ton of good salsa clubs! My former roomate was Cuban and he would take us different places. It was a very fun experience...I know Florida isnt really known for Blues, but I can always hope! lol | |

| Yeah, I wasn't meaning to imply that you didn't know just that there were different choices there! Any clubs in particular you frequent? | |

| Maybe he could play the symbols, the triangle and the clapper...at least he wouldn't have to play often and it's pretty hard to mess up! And Arwen, how's the musical going? | |

| It will definitely be fun to see! What was the name of the musical? I forgot to mention that my friend is also unnaturally cursed with no sense of rhythm, and can not keep even the simplest of beats! I know that its hard to believe the the triangle could be to complicated but is "skill" is truly something you have to see to believe! lol!...I should'nt razz him so, but seriously, it is bad! lol |

| I would have to see him, to really believe that he couldn't play a triangle. That bad?!? Then there might not be any hope. Arwen, send me some pics or clips at the email address I provided!!! I love to hear others perform. | |
