| First: You can live without her, period. Second: If it was mutual that you two broke up then there must have been more to the break up then one event. My advice is this...make yourself get busy and meet other people. Join clubs. Whatever you have to do. Dont let yourself talk to her, but dont be rude if she calls you. Try to remember what it was like when you two just had fun, and each of you gravitated towards eachother. There isnt anything specific to be done, and by all means dont be anything you are not. But if you can find that mind frame again she may fall for you again. And this time you will have wisdom from keeping you from doing what hurt your relationship again. No one likes needy, take this time to rediscover your "new and improved self" and prove to your self and others that you have become more wise, and mature. My two cents |

| He’s right, man. Theres really nothing you can do but show her that you want her back by being who you are really, and not faking anything. Do NOT fake change. She will see right through it. My advice, as a woman, is that you should not call her, but wait for her to call you. If she wants to talk, she will. Do NOT call repeatedly or even let yourself answer the phone if your drunk (or drugged up. Even being high is a turn off most of the time to women.) if it was me, I would call to check up on you every now and then, and don’t tell her your fine if your not. Say something light, but let her know that you are still missing her, with a phrase such as “its not really the same, but I’m getting by”. Keep it light light light! I know how you feel by the way. So its not like im not knowledgable about this area. Its hard. It is. But it will get better over time. I still miss the guy and its been a year, but I can tell you you can be happy with out her and you can have fun and still fall again. I know you don’t want to but just remember it is an option. No one wants to get over love. They just don’t. but I can promise you that over time, it fades. Grasp not on the times you had, but on the times that you learned from and how you have bettered yourself by knowing her. | |

| Don't beg to have her back. It might make things worse. Just give it time, a month or two with communicating with her. Instead focus on improving yourself, hang out with friens, meet other girls. After that you will have a clearer perspective of what went wrong and if you still want her back. | |

| they are exactly right! i've been going through this for a week it is the hardest thing you can do if you really love her and want to be with her. it's torcher. but respect their bounderies, and their space. and you will mess up, but it takes time. no one is perfect. but everyone can try and try again until they get it right. | |
